Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase.  We hope you are happy with your purchase, however if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return to us for a store credit or exchange. Please see below for more information on our returns policy.

 

Should customers have a change of mind for any full priced items from The Staple Box, you are only eligible for an exchange, no refunds will be issued. The Staple Box will not cover the shipping costs of any returned items for a change of mind.

 

The Staple Box will provide an exchange or credit note if: 

  • The product displays a manufacturing fault & or manufacturing defects

  • The product was damaged in transit due to mishandling or insufficient packaging.

All products are checked for quality before we send out to our customers, we accept that occasionally products may be damaged in the delivery process, please keep all evidence of damages that have occurred during transit.

 

If you need to action a refund or exchange with The Staple Box, you must first send us a request by email to contact@thestaplebox.net.  Please include photos showing proof of any damage and include the reason/s for the return.  Once you have met these conditions, we will provide you with approval to send item/s back to us or arrange the item/s to be exchanged or provide you with a store credit.

If you have changed your mind on the products purchased, The Staple Box will not cover any return shipping costs, we also won't cover returning cost if the returned product doesn't appear damaged.  We strongly recommend you use a trackable method when returning any items.  Your items must also be returned to us within 20 days or else no refund will be provided regardless of the reason.   For any items purchased during a promotion or sale will not be eligible for a refund or exchange due to change of mind.

Any returning items are shipped at the customer’s risk and The Staple Box will not take responsibility and/or liability for any items that are lost or damaged due to the negligence or fault of a third party. All returned items should be returned in their original packaging.

 

Dispute Resolution - If at any time you feel that your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or rights in accordance with The Staple Box’s Online Returns Policy are not being satisfactorily observed, you may escalate your dispute in writing to us.
